Late Arrival, No-Show, and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & No-Shows:

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed entirely (no-show) will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals (15 Minutes or Less):

If you arrive late by 15 minutes or less, your appointment will proceed, but the time lost will be subtracted from your session to ensure other clients are not impacted.
