Whatever you feel most comfortable in! I provide spa wraps for you to change into, which will protect the collar of your shirt from getting wet.
How should I prepare for my treatment?
Come ready to relax and enjoy some peaceful time. If you’d like to try the heated eye mask included in my services, I recommend arriving without eye makeup, as it may smudge under the mask.
What are the benefits of a head spa treatment?
A head spa treatment is more than just a luxurious experience—it offers a range of benefits, including:

- Improved scalp circulation, promoting healthier hair growth
- Detoxification and removal of buildup from the scalp
- Nourishment for both the scalp and hair using organic, clean products

Is a head spa treatment color-safe?
Yes, for most permanent and natural hair colors, including highlights and regular permanent colors. However, if you have semi-permanent or bright fashion colors, I do not recommend the head spa treatment unless you’re okay with some potential fading or plan to refresh your color soon. The treatment involves 45-90 minutes of washing and running your hair under warm water, which can accelerate fading in semi-permanent and bright colors.
Can men enjoy a head spa treatment?
Absolutely! A head spa treatment is for everyone. Men are welcome to enjoy the relaxation and rejuvenating benefits that come with the experience.
Can children enjoy a head spa treatment?
Yes, children can enjoy a head spa treatment as long as they can sit still and relax during the session. I recommend this for children who are comfortable in a calm environment and enjoy having their hair gently cared for.
How often should I get a head spa treatment?
This depends on your needs and goals! For general relaxation and maintenance, I recommend a treatment every 4-6 weeks. If you’re addressing specific scalp concerns, more frequent sessions may be beneficial.
Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?
No need to wash your hair beforehand! Your treatment will include a thorough cleansing as part of the service, so feel free to arrive with your hair as it is.
Will my hair be styled after the treatment?
No, the focus of the head spa is relaxation and scalp care, not styling. After your session, your hair will be lightly towel dried with the appropriate leave in product for your hair and then left to air-dry naturally. You can schedule a Light Blow Dry Add-On service to your treatment at an additional cost. At this time I do not offer blow-outs or styling services as my focus remains on the Head Spa Treatments.
Can I book a head spa treatment if I have extensions?
For clip-ins or temporary extensions, I recommend removing them before the service. If you have permanent extensions, I do not recommend the Head Spa Treatments while your extensions are installed. A Head Spa Treatment is an excellent service for in between your extension installs or move-ups while your extensions are out.
Is the head spa treatment safe during pregnancy?
Do you accommodate special requests, like avoiding specific scents?

How far in advance should I book my appointment?
I recommend booking your appointment at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date and time are available, especially during weekends or busy seasons.
